I accidently ordered 2 sets and immediately reached out to customer service. The reply I received, said the response turn around was 6 days. When I got a reply, it was said, no changes could be made because the item was shipped already. I received the first one in the mail and was excited to try it. My eyebrows are the most important factor to applying my makeup. I was “Extremely Disappointed” it skips and doesn’t come out evenly. I shook it trying to get it started and it still didn’t work. The next time I tried to apply it, a excessive amount came out but after that the skipping started. This is not a good product in my opinion.
