Instructions aren’t the best. but for now I’m charging it up and then I will have my daughter help with set up.

Not what I expected
I figured it would be small but this is ridiculous. It’s a worthless product.
...Missing attachment
The blower attachment was missing from the box. The other attachments that came with the vacuum seem to be very cheaply made. The hose attachment doesn’t fit well. Since I just got it, I haven’t had a chance to test the strength of the vacuum motor. But so far I am disappointed.
It's messed up
I turned it on and it started making a loud noise and smelled funny. I was afraid it was going to catch on fire

This product would not work. The instructions said to contact vendor if there was a problem. I did contact them and was told to contact the provider. Not a good company. I finally gave the vacuum to a friend to see if they can get it to work. Sometimes you get exactly what you pay for.
My packaging was all broken up
When I received my item, the packaging was broken in many places. I’m not sure if the product inside was damaged as I have not opened it yet, but I’m not real sure I can give that as a Christmas present or the way the boxes. I would have to repackage it or just not give it as a gift. So disappointed in morning safe sending it out like that.

Has anyone been able to empty their ihome hand vac? The unit works well, but we can’t empty it!!

I USED IT ONE TIME AND WANTED TO EMPTY IT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO T6AKE OFF THE BARRELL TO EMPTY THE COLLECTION CUP.
