I CONTACTED Morning Save by email on the site and asked specifically the size of the bristles so I could be sure this was good for my short hair–and I was mislead as the picture also misleads. It looks online like it would be good for short to medium hair but IT IS HUGE and can only be used by someone with LONG HAIR. And I know that sending it back, Morningsave has the customer eat the postage and since it is a fairly large box, I would end up paying too much. MorningSave has GOT to get better at representing/describing products being sold on the site. And for SURE, must have reps that can ACCURATELY answer questions about products they sell.
