I received a prepackaged used and damaged shark vacuum. The unit has scratches, the charging cord has a rubber band around it. The light flashes when charging but doesn’t turn on at all. This is very disappointing. Some broke off a piece of styrofoam and stuffed in the box. This is clearly a damaged unit someone else returned. Not one piece of paper work came in the box. Again this just got delivered today. I need a return receipt for a refund.
