Pretty powerful!
This fan is awesome! I don’t have any room on my counter at work to put a fan so this is going to work out perfectly. I’m going to buy another one for my daughter!
Perfect.
This is the perfect gift for us as a woman. Hot flashes and normal heat could drive you crazy as it is. To be able to cool off while in church or wherever, to be able to cool of even outside is a wonderful experience. Plus the bonus , it saves you arm power.

Powerful
I never even thought about it having two levels of power, much less three. It works great and I like the way it sits on my neck. I’m headed to Florida and these are going with me.

nice to cool you off, wish the back was the flexible piece, afraid the arms will eventually loosen or wires will be destroyed inside. I will have to wait and see
Not very good quality
I received two of these. No real great directions on the box for using it. Poor quality. One of them only blows air on one side. I’ll be attempting to get credit for the broken one.
A little noisy, could use better directions.
After charging, need to push the ‘ON’ button for a full second (not just a touch) to start it. Subsequent brief touches change speed, then another longer push (at any time) shuts it off. Chinglish printing is good for a chuckle…
Wearable fans
The fans are not securely attached to neckband. Fans worked wonderful but one fan came detached. Customer service has been very slow in responding.

Does not work
I received my order yesterday, charged it up. One side works but the other side does not. I guess I’m suppose to rotate the fan. Not pleased at all.
Terrible Product
I wore this twice and one of the fans stopped working. Don’t waste your money.
Cheaply made and doesn’t hold a charge for as long as it says it will.

This Neckfan stopped working!
I charged this Fan fully. I put it on to Cool off. It lasted for about 25 minutes and then abruptly stopped! I tried turning it on at different times and it will go for a few seconds, then turns off!
Arrived broken!
I ordered two of these neck fans. One is working but the other one is broken. I will try to get that one replaced. I will report back on their policy for replacing a broken item.
Won't even Charge initially - they Are Crap, so disappointed!
Ordered two and neither came with any charge whatsoever. Connected the included chargers and they stay red. After 6 hours unplugged, still red, still nothing, plugged back in.
Very very disappointed that they are just garbage.
May order similar ones from Hammacher Schlemmer . They stand behind their products!!
Don't waste your money
Plugged it in for its first charge and 36 hours later the indicator light is still glowing red. Pressing the “on” button results in nothing happening. Total waste of money.

It a piece of you know what! And I write to them to return the item. Still have not got back to me.

This product was damaged and would not work. One side of the fan was fine, the other did not turn and cool.

I sent an email over a week ago that it wouldn’t charge I would like to send it back for a new one but haven’t received an answer yet

Every time I order electronics from you people it doesn’t hold a charge I’ve had these plugged in overnight and it still is red

It would make a great gadget if it wasn"t defective. This device’s indicator lights didn’t work, and didn’t charge as per the box’s instructions.
Doesn't work and no usb cable!
Delivered looking like it had already been opened. No usb cable, never charged, never worked. $20 down the drain.

I place an order for two fans. One of the fans works good the second fan does not work. I informed your company of the fan not working. The replay I received was watch the video. I did watched the video and I try pushing the button again and the fan does not work at all. I am requesting for a new fan. Please send me the return address or send me a new one.

It’s heavy and It doesn’t fit properly around the neck. I hate it. I will not order anything else from morningsave, mainly because returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged.
I was really excited when I got it but unfortunitly it was NOT WORKING. So really can’t say weather I like it or not…
