Ordered 2 with one being free shipping and one unit works, but this one doesn’t. I tried both chargers and it’s not the charger, it’s the unit itself. Called TurboScrubPro Customer service and they agreed to ship another one free of charge, so we’ll see.

I wanted to give this Turbo Scrubber Pro a zero but had to give at least a one for review to be excepted. I ordered 2 of these Turbo scrubbers. I had no idea of what I would actually receive. One has obviously been a used returned item. RELEASE BUTTON that holds HANDLE and EXTENSION POLE is missing. All purpose brush showed signs of being used. The second one is really Not a major problem but worth mentioning, the male connector in the charging port was bent and charger wouldn’t connect (easy fix), the charging indicator light is pushed down in the handle.
I will not be ordering anything else from this company. When my other items arrive, I will not even open them, just returning them.
If an item is refurbished, by law it’s supposed to be clearly stated on the container the item comes in, if it’s used and or flawed, it’s supposed to be clearly stated.
