I just got my spray mop…i tried it out right away. omg! I absolutely love this mop. So easy to use… and the terry towel piece just wash it out when your done, and hang dry. Love love it❤

The product I received is damage the entire box was damaged some one retapped it but still the box had holes every where how can I request a full refund?
