The product is ok…they say you get what you pay for. That is what I find in this case. Not great but not terrible. Although I did not purchase these to use for phone calls or to use all the time. Just for random times when in public and I’m using my phone and waiting ect. I did realize after purchasing them, that I could have gotten them a few dollars cheaper on Amazon. Same exact ones. But hey that’s on me for not doing my research. Lesson learned
