I got this to have just in case my car didn’t start. By the time that happened, it was past the return date. I was told I could not return it because it was past the return time. This is not an item that you use frequently so I did not know that it didn’t work until I needed it. I’ve bought 2 other charges and they work fine even after not being used fir over a year. I’m not happy. It really caused me a lot of stress and hassle and no way to leave to even buy a new battery. It wasn’t until the new one I ordered arrived that I could leave my home.
