LOVE this pot

The first one did not work. Contacted customer service and they did not hesitate to send me another one. Works great and keeps water super hot.
Won't get hot
I am not satisfied with my secura kettle. It will not get hot and I have called customer service and they couldn’t help so they took my information for a manager to email possible ways to get it working. I haven’t received it yet.
Defective product
I was excited to receive my new electric kettle. Upon delivery took it out of the box, filled to max line per user manual and pressed boil button, it never heated the water! I tried again, reseating the kettle pressing the boil button, after 22 mins the kettle beeped but the water never heated much less boiled!
Defective
Does not work - boil light turns on but nothing happens. So disappointed - have no idea how to return or get a refund.
Doesn't Heat Up
I followed instructions and this water kettle not only doesn’t boil, bit doesn’t heat up at all.
Looks nice..That's about it!!!!
It worked once ! That was it, never again.
After a couple of months this is not working.
