Perfect.
This is the perfect gift for us as a woman. Hot flashes and normal heat could drive you crazy as it is. To be able to cool off while in church or wherever, to be able to cool of even outside is a wonderful experience. Plus the bonus , it saves you arm power.

nice to cool you off, wish the back was the flexible piece, afraid the arms will eventually loosen or wires will be destroyed inside. I will have to wait and see
A little noisy, could use better directions.
After charging, need to push the ‘ON’ button for a full second (not just a touch) to start it. Subsequent brief touches change speed, then another longer push (at any time) shuts it off. Chinglish printing is good for a chuckle…

quality of fan is questionable even if it did work. Requested money back.trying to contact customer service which states 7 business day turn around. Return window will be expired.
Won't even Charge initially - they Are Crap, so disappointed!
Ordered two and neither came with any charge whatsoever. Connected the included chargers and they stay red. After 6 hours unplugged, still red, still nothing, plugged back in.
Very very disappointed that they are just garbage.
May order similar ones from Hammacher Schlemmer . They stand behind their products!!
Don't waste your money
Plugged it in for its first charge and 36 hours later the indicator light is still glowing red. Pressing the “on” button results in nothing happening. Total waste of money.
It doesn’t even charge
I sent an email over a week ago that it wouldn’t charge I would like to send it back for a new one but haven’t received an answer yet
Defective item
It would make a great gadget if it wasn"t defective. This device’s indicator lights didn’t work, and didn’t charge as per the box’s instructions.
Doesn't work and no usb cable!
Delivered looking like it had already been opened. No usb cable, never charged, never worked. $20 down the drain.
