Very disappointed in this. The directions aren’t clear, there is no vibrating except for the two gel pulse patches that you have to stick on your skin and hook to the machine with the electrodes. The neck unit itself just has heat. Not at all what I expected.
It would be much better if it retained your settings.
Doesn't work waited forever for delivery
Product is horrible! I have used several massage and tens units and this is the worst. Plus it took forever to get it delivered. Don’t waste your money on this one
