Arrived in perfect condition
This purse is exactly as pictured. The fabric is soft and appears to be very durable. There is enough room to carry your phone, Kindle, even an iPad.

Very nice roomy bag, plenty of pockets and divided area, but the zippers leave a lot to be desired. Of the 3 front zippers, 2 don’t close the whole way, the zipper just curves down into the pocket. The 3rd zipper is fine. Also zippers don’t slide very smoothly, a bit of tug and adjusting to get the top main zipper to move smoothly. Poor workmanship on the zippers overall. Maybe cheap zippers? Vegan leather feels nice and looks good.

Only dislike it is I think the bag is on the heavy side. I bought for Christmas presents so I will see what they think. However for the money great little bag.

The outside zippers on the front are not of a quality equal to the rest of the purse. The size and color and material are all fantastic.

I was pleasantly surprised to have received an email today from the Morningsaves Customer Support Team. I was able to return a refund for my purchase. Even though their return policy does mention reaching out to their Customer Support Team, l would highly recommend doing so. They are efficient and very understanding. I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely remain a customer of future items. Thank you!!!
Too Big
I expected a smaller bag. So soon as I opened the box I realized that it was too wide to comfortably be worn as a cross body bag. The bottom outside zipper is difficultvto zip up all of the way.

In the picture the red looks deep red. In reality it’s a lighter reddish orange.

Cheap Looking and feeling
The zippers are large and obnoxious looking. They also don’t “zip” very well. The bag looks soft but isn’t really. If I would have realized the zippers were so big, gold/shiny, and not really functional, i wouldn’t have ordered.
WRONG COLOR TWICE!
I ordered this bag in “dusty rose” which showed online as a light pink. I got a brown bag. Customer support contacted me and offered a refund after I sent them a picture of the brown bag. I asked to exchange the bag for the correct color. I was told “no”, the refund had been given but I could just place a new order. Against my better judgement I did. Today a new BROWN bag arrived in the mail. Quality control??? I am livid. First and last morningsave order. Never again.

I don’t understand all of the positive reviews. I find this product to be defective (workmanship-zipper areas) and also nothing about it resembles the look of leather. Because of the difficulty and cost to me in the return instructions, I’m donating it. And I’m CANCELING MY MEMBERSHIP!

It arrived yesterday, one zipper was broke, and others on the front hard to zip and un zip. Also it’s not authentic!
