The band is the problem...
Took me a long time to figure out how to open the clasp - no instructions. I could have broken it trying to get it to work. And there is so much of the end of the band left over once I got it adjusted that it hangs loose - won’t stay under the band. Am I doing something wrong? Would return it if I could. This is the only thing I’ve bought from you that hasn’t worked for me.
