Received my vacuum today, it arrived dirty, the cannister has sand, dirt and dust all in it, the pole is scratched, the filter is dirty. Do not understand why this would be sent this way. Very disappointed as this was intended to give as a gift and now there is no way I can give this in this shape, not to mention that no where does it indicate that any product is previously owned. Currently waiting for a response from customer service to see exactly how they will handle and I will again then rate / review that process. So far not a great start.
