I’m having 2nd thoughts about reviewing this product for I did not get a chance to try it out. After opening the package, the black knob was loose in the box and when I attempted to put the knob back in place it kept falling off so I thought it best to return it before trying it out. I contacted the support team by email and they responded right away. They made it very easy to return the product and issued a refund right away. They were diligent in making sure the issue was taken care of and apologetic.
