Stopped charging after a few days

Not very good quality
I thought these would be good but my friends complain that they hear and echo and static. Unfortunately I threw the box out by accident so I’m stuck with them.
Left Earbud does NOT pair
I tried everything to pair the left earbud and it will not connect. I checked the audio settings on my phone tried to reset to factory setting and that did nothing. I give it an definite thumbs down. MorningSave has not responded and I wouldn’t advise buying products from here when there is no direct customer service
Not great
The transmission want good. The person I called couldn’t hear me well.
Also the plastic earbuds hurt my ears.
My fault for not realizing I got what I paid for
Used product?
My sister and I ordered same product different colors. We received different boxes, different Instructions pamphlets. My sisters earbuds came with a protective plastic seal. My earbuds no protective cover.
My sisters earbuds came charged Mine were not. My sisters instruction pamphlet said it takes 40 minutes to charge. My earbuds have been charging over 2 hours and the light is still red. I believe I received earbuds that were returned bc they were damaged and sent out to me. So disappointed. Hard to believe this product is valued at over $100. I don’t even think they’re worth the $40 I paid.
Product does not hold charge
This product does not hold the charge for no more than half an hour…really bad

There is no detailed directions on how to operate. The charge on the InPods only last 2 hours. Definitely not worth it.
IAM having a heck of a time figuring out how to work these in pods!!
They do not work with my Android phone.
