First thanks MorningSave a little smaller than I expected
Not new, not working properly.
I ordered thre and they were definitely not new, amd there was nothing in the product description stating that these were returns or whatever. I’ve reached out three times and have had no response. I know we’re on short staff due to the cornona nonsense, but at least respond and tell me to sit tight! These have scratches and the screens do as well. One won’t even work at all. Bummer.
Conditioner of item received
I received my dash cam yesterday. I was not pleased. Item face lens was scratched with a lot of marks. Box was not sealed. Item was probably sent to a previous customer. So to me it was used and not new. So I ask morningsave for refund and a label to return item via email. There is no phone number to cal in complaints.
