Must is wonderful
I Love this product. The only problem I have personally is how heavy it is when full. Being an elderly lady with arthritis it is hard for me to lift it to turn it over after filling. I wish it would fill from the top.

I like this humidifer; it is quiet. It’s placed between our kitchen and dining room where we spend alot of time. No more heating up water in a pan on a gas stove!
This product was a great purchase. Within an hour we noticed a big difference in our room.

It was a defective And missing parts. Contacted the company and they did absolutely nothing will go Thur credit card company as they are a scam and send you use stuff
Don't work
I did everything the instructions said to do. Turned it on and the light stayed red. Adjusted the water and it still stayed red. I know I did everything right. Not sure whats going on.
Setting only working on high, difficulty with tank disconnect
Setting only works on high despite the dial setting. Difficult to remove tank to refill.

The glass was cracked upon arrival after being a few days late. Very disappointed and I need to return it

Box had a hole in it when it arrived and item was cracker but tried it anyway bad move it leaked water everywhere!
