Warm and cozy
I just received them and haven’t tried them out yet but they are made good and fit perfect,they will not only let you hear your music they will keep my ears toasty warm.
Defective
The portal opening doesn’t fit the cord sent with the product , I then tried to use one of my own cords and it still doesn’t fit ! This product is defective! Extremely disappointing that you would send this. Replacement warranted!

Product needs to have a WARNING - NOTICE packed inside box with the earmuffs to tell customers where to locate the small charging cable before charging them up.

Cannot wait for colder weather to be able to use the earmuffs. Attractive and warm.

I ordered 1 pair. Very comfortable. Too bad they wouldn’t charge. For the price buy 2 pairs (1 pair should work). Maybe I’ll order 2. They are very comfortable.
Packaging
This is not on the product but the packaging. It is horrible. The boxes that the product were in are crushed. They were placed in a plastic envelope with no padding. These were suppose to be gifts. I can’t give them looking like that.

These were next to impossible to plug in a charging cord
MUFFS MADE FOR A CHILD
Stretched earmuffs apart to the point of tearing the material and wires inside. Muffs would only reach to the top of my ears. They’re worthless to me, I’ll give mine to a kid.
Too small for adult head
Very disappointed, they won’t fit down to my ears correctly
