Really slow shipment.
It took 16 days from order to receive. It came from TX to AL. I could have walked there in that time. The tracking system is not good at all. It had it in my home town in two days. Then I emailed to find out where the package was and a day or two later I got a response that it had made it to GA. Then two days later I got the package. What a screwed up shipping system. They say they are retuning my shipping costs, but have not seen it yet.

Would not charge the third time!
On August 2nd I sent an email about the speaker failing to charge. I waited until August 17th and call support for the speaker by survivor that was on the manual. I was informed that this speaker was bought out and was no longer covered by survivor and I called. I still haven’t heard from anybody and I sent this second message in hopes of being contacted.
