Nice Purse
I’m very happy with this purse. There are lots of pockets for storing stuff, and I especially like the center pocket in between the two zippered pockets for dropping my cell phone into with it being a hassle! Great buy!
Love this bag.
Small enough not to weigh my shoulder down, but large enough to hold all my stuff. Love all the pockets and partitions. I got the tan which is very richly colored. Just right for an everyday purse.
Broken Zipper On Handbag
I previously gave this review a 1 star but I will tell you customer service contacted me and gave me a full refund on my purchase. Now that’s definitely customer service. They must really care about their customers. I purchase alot from MorningSave and usually don’t have any issues. It’s good to know when I do, customer service will take care of me. Thanks

Just received notice of delivery…six days ahead of schedule. I was able to track the order status. It is a new bag with all tags on it. It will be tomorrow before I make my current bag take its final walk to the donation pile. Sorry, old purse. I think the new one will do just fine. Plus, I have a coupon for a 15% discount off my next purchase. I doubt it will last long around here; in all probability, used by end-of-day tomorrow. Thank you Morning Save. You have a new customer.

This is the best handbag I’ve ever owned. Room and compartments for everything. Beautifully and well made. I love it. I bought one of each color.
All in all, I do like it a lot. The only thing is I’m having a hard time figuring out what goes where in some of zippered pockets.

Love the bag, 'but'
Received my bag and realized a couple of the zippers were quite hard to open and close. So, I tried putting lip balm on the ones that were. Well, it worked mostly however, the larger front zipper would close but, did not stay closed. The teeth on the zipper did not connect. Had all intentions of keeping the bag cause I liked it so much… However, I felt I should let someone know for future issues. The representative I spoke with was more helpful and accommodating than I expected. She immediately processed a replacement bag, which I received in 2-3 days. Never had that quick turnaround service on any issues before. Upon receiving the second bag, my first interest was the zippers. Fortunately, they all worked, a couple with hesitation. I proceeded to rub the zippers with lip balm, pretty much corrected all of them to slide easier. Bottom line is, these zippers are thicker and heavier because of the heavy leather, which would make sense. I don’t think I’m the first one to experience this therefore, thought it important to let you know. Love, love this bag, has everything I needed in a bag and lip balm works fine… M Leete

The purse arrived with a defective zipper and the crossbody strap situation is hard to figure out. I would send it back if it weren’t a hassle.
