LOUSY CS, RETURN SHIPPING LABEL REQUEST
Poorly managed CS. Order entered on 8/14 incomplete yet cust not notified directly. Order finally reentered on 8/19/22 & was charged to my credit card. However, on 8/30 I reported to my bank order hadn’t shipped & order was still open. I disputed payment for membership fee($6.60) and merchandise of $41.90. They shipped order afterwards without my approval. Very shady!!
