I ordered 2 so I could give one as a gift and keep the other. Neither worked. Originally I gave 1 Star review but Morning Save was so prompt to refund my money and didn’t make me ship them back. I understand they use outside providers and can’t predict how well they will perform. Everything else I’ve ordered was top shelf but I probably won’t be ordering electronics anymore. The vacs came from China. Hope this helps.
