Light and Quiet
Just received this vacuum yesterday, it had 44% charge on it when I got it, couldn’t wait to try it. This vacuum was lighter than my previous stick vacuum and it’s quieter, my dogs didn’t even get riled up, that’s amazing! Great price on MorningSave. Very happy customer!

Who ever designed this product has never used a vacuum cleaner. It’s top heavy and I believe designed backwards it’s not a stand alone product you must hold it at all times. Not convenient to use. Sorry I bought it

this item has been used and its missing parts I am returning it and never buying from this company again.

I received my vacuum however it does not work. Charged battery but will not turn on. Contacted customer service by email and still no response.
