Very disappointed in this crossbody! My phone which is the smaller type won’t even slide into any of the sections. If I tug to get it in the compartment, it’s a struggle to get it out. Also, the magnetic snap is a struggle, as well, to get it to stay closed. Just an overall pain!! I feel I shouldn’t have to pay to send this back. Is there a free shipping label to get my refund?
