Love The Tennis Bracelet
For the longest I couldn’t figure out how this bracelet closed. Customer Service (Jackie) was very helpful. She contacted me right away when she received my message and sent a diagram on how to open and close the brac let. Once I took my time & kept trying to figure it out, well one day it just clicked in my brain from the help of Jackie. It truly isn’t a hat hard to figure out ppl; I think I just had a lot on my plate & impatient. Once I got this beauty on, I didn’t want to remove it it was so beautiful. I’m always getting compliments on it & I quick to tell ppl where I got it from & a great price. The quality is unbelievable great. I can not say enough abois bracelet & highly recommend it.

I worked in jewelry should have known. The stones are cloudy grey dots. The weight and clasp is nice enough, but embarrassed I paid $100 for it.
A piece of cheaply made junk
What a disappointment after waiting so long to receive this bracelet, its closure clasp is missing, therefore I can’t wear because it won’t close shut!! Do better and refund my money!!

From Excited to Sad
It’s a very nice bracelet and nice price, so I got 2! But both bracelets won’t lock and clasp won’t fasten. It doesn’t even slide into the lock and snap! So I can’t give a gift I know is broken. This is sad. I would have to spend more money and time finding a jewelry store that will adjust or fix an outside product they didn’t sell.
Poor shipping
This was my second purchase of this bracelet. My first purchase came in a long bracelet box and it was held in place. This purchase came in a small box with a round thing in the middle that the bracket just layed around it and was NOT secured in place! The bracket was in the corner of the box and the top was pushed down into the bottom of the box. It’s damaged and the clasp is bent. Waiting on a response about exchanging it!
Jewelry Deceit
I ordered three bracelets as gifts: one as graduation present, another for Mother’s Day and one for myself. After seeing and reading the specs on the bracelets, I was convinced they were the “real deal.” Upon their arrival, however, I was extremely disappointed and dismayed by in the quality of “diamonds.” Over 90% of them were flawed (dirty grey) and quite visible to the naked eye. For a decent show such as Kelly Clarkson’s, I find it surprising they would support a product of such dismal quality!
cheap broke same day that was delivered
Do not buy this bracelet, it was the biggest rip off, should not been shown on tv, this bracelet was so cheap that broke same day it arrived, very disappointed

same bracelet sold on internet much cheaper beacuse it is a very bad qualit.
The clasp did not work properly and the diamonds had no sparkle to them at all.
The clasp did not work correctly and that was disappointing but also the diamonds were dull and had no color or sparkle to them at all. The parts of the bracelet that held the diamonds were the only thing reflecting any kind of sparkle at all. I was terribly disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

I never received this order, However I did receive the 2 set of earrings I ordered, also there is no telephone number to speak to customer service and they haven’t responded to my emails yet.
VERY UNHAPPY
The tennis bracelet was damaged. The description on the interior box that it came in, described it as sterling sliver. The bracelet I received was suppose to be gold. There were no tags with the bracelet’s actual description. The bracelet appeared to be used.
