Absolutely beautiful bracelet. Fits my wrist perfectly. Was a little challenging to put on at first, but with a little patience, I managed. Husband purchased for my birthday and I’m pleased. For the price, I think its a bargain.
Excellent clasp and security
Now that I’ve gotten instructions on how the clasp works, I’m very impressed with that. I still don’t feel the stones are as sparkly as expected. I’m seeing issues with clarity. I hate to give anything less than a fantastic review, but this was a big splurge for me on something I’ve wanted my whole life that was finally attainable. I wish I could say that it is gorgeous. It’s pretty and it is very heavy, which to me is a good thing. I’m just not super pleased with the stones.

Ordered ‘White Gold’ received ‘925UD Sterling Silver’ Oh, well it still looks the same. Individual ‘Diamonds’ are cloudy. Would soaking the bracelet in ammonia, help or harm?

I wrote a previous review claiming the bracelet was no good & do not purchase. And although I stand behind that, customer service DID reach out to me to address the issue. They infact apologized and sent me a full refund upon return of the item, so for THAT reason alone I’ve changed my review to 3 stars. Buy at your own risk but the customer service is great.

Bracelet dies t close nor did it come with any paperwork or information about the product. You’d think there also would be some warranty, if the value is high like the claim - even though it’s only on sale for $99.00.

Do not buy this bracelet is a joke read all the reviews till the end everyone says about the clasp it broke right when I was touching it I couldn’t even get it on. I have contacted Support and they better give me a refund for $100 or $116 I will keep you informed on here, it says they’re a BBB site well we’ll see I want my money back ASAP. Do not buy the diamond bracelet for $99.
From Excited to Sad
It’s a very nice bracelet and nice price, so I got 2! But both bracelets won’t lock and clasp won’t fasten. It doesn’t even slide into the lock and snap! So I can’t give a gift I know is broken. This is sad. I would have to spend more money and time finding a jewelry store that will adjust or fix an outside product they didn’t sell.
It broke 15 days after I received it
I’m bummed 🥹. I’ve love it and wore it 3 times since I received it in 6/15, put it on to go to church and out broke, not sure what to do.
The clasp did not work properly and the diamonds had no sparkle to them at all.
The clasp did not work correctly and that was disappointing but also the diamonds were dull and had no color or sparkle to them at all. The parts of the bracelet that held the diamonds were the only thing reflecting any kind of sparkle at all. I was terribly disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
NOT GREAT QUALITY NOR AS ADVERTISED
The bracelet was supposed to be white gold, the box stated sterling silver. It came with no paperwork, and the “diamonds” are cloudy AF! Looks like little salt rocks. I hate it!
Malfunctioning
I received my bracelet and for whatever reason it is malfunctioning I’m unable to get the clasp to work. It will not go up inside. It’s not allowing the clasp to be securely in its place to hold the bracelet together. It’s malfunctioning … I have tried every possible position to make it go up inside and click in place. It’s like something is blocking it keeping it from going in. so I am totally unable to wear it.
Jewelry Deceit
I ordered three bracelets as gifts: one as graduation present, another for Mother’s Day and one for myself. After seeing and reading the specs on the bracelets, I was convinced they were the “real deal.” Upon their arrival, however, I was extremely disappointed and dismayed by in the quality of “diamonds.” Over 90% of them were flawed (dirty grey) and quite visible to the naked eye. For a decent show such as Kelly Clarkson’s, I find it surprising they would support a product of such dismal quality!
Totally unhappy
I was so displeased with the bracelet within an hour of its delivery I reached out to customer service to only be told I must be doing something wrong and given instructions how to close the clasp. In a second email I once again mentioned my concern and how I was still displeased and that I did indeed know how to use this very common clasp along with stating I wished for a refund and instructions on how to return it but I was met with hurdles to jump. If the customer isn’t happy, they just aren’t happy. I didn’t have buyers remorse, I found the clasp was too difficult or didn’t function properly and I felt like I was dismissed. I wasted money on something I am unpleased with. Shameful!

The clasp is broken and doesn’t fit into the slot to secure the bracelet onto your arm. Trying to get in touch with customer service is very difficult.

This product is highly deceiving, very poorly made and of poor quality. I am very disappointed because I have ordered 2 bracelets and they look way different than the picture, very dull, no shine at all, it is embarrassing to give them as gifts.
