I had a problem with my bracelet and the customer service responded quickly and resolved my issue. Thank Uou so much for standing behind your products and having excellent customer service!
It really Sparkles
For the price you can’t beet it. I just wonder how long before the silver tarnishes? Is it possible to seal it without dulling the diamonds?
It is beautiful, wish it was in real gold!
Diamond Muse 1 carat Genuine Diamond bracelet
The bracelet is absolutely stunning!! The only downfall was it took almost a month to receive it. I bought many other items and I have had them for a while. Thank you!! I finally received it today!!
Absolutely love it
I previously gave a raw review regarding this bracelet but after a tutorial on opening the clasp I needed to retract my negative review and say now " I wish I’d gotten 2" It is Fabulous on.
Bright
The stones sparkle brightly as the light/sun reflects the bracelet. The construction is well made, I haven’t experienced any irritation or scratches, I have also worn it the entire day and night without any complaints to report.

Gorgeous!
Absolutely beautiful bracelet. Fits my wrist perfectly. Was a little challenging to put on at first, but with a little patience, I managed. Husband purchased for my birthday and I’m pleased. For the price, I think its a bargain.
Excellent clasp and security
Now that I’ve gotten instructions on how the clasp works, I’m very impressed with that. I still don’t feel the stones are as sparkly as expected. I’m seeing issues with clarity. I hate to give anything less than a fantastic review, but this was a big splurge for me on something I’ve wanted my whole life that was finally attainable. I wish I could say that it is gorgeous. It’s pretty and it is very heavy, which to me is a good thing. I’m just not super pleased with the stones.
Beautiful
I ordered all 3 colors of this bracelet as gifts. The clasp is a little hard to work with but they are really pretty.
Nice!
It is a pretty bracelet. The diamonds really don’t shine much, but it’s a good deal.

Diamond Tennis Bracelet
Diamonds are null in some places
Ordered ‘White Gold’ received ‘925UD Sterling Silver’ Oh, well it still looks the same. Individual ‘Diamonds’ are cloudy. Would soaking the bracelet in ammonia, help or harm?
Thank you for the speedy delivery
Quality not good. Customer service was great though.
The quality of the bracelet was very disappointing, not to my standards. But the customer service with getting it returned was great and much appreciated.
Need more clarity
The white and gold tennis bracelet that I was supposed to get there’s one carat real diamonds supposed to be white gold came today the diamonds are cloudy and the box says silver sterling silver it’s supposed to be white gold a little bit disappointed do better and can you explain to me what is diamond Muse
Update
I wrote a previous review claiming the bracelet was no good & do not purchase. And although I stand behind that, customer service DID reach out to me to address the issue. They infact apologized and sent me a full refund upon return of the item, so for THAT reason alone I’ve changed my review to 3 stars. Buy at your own risk but the customer service is great.
Diamond Muse 1.00 Carat Real Diamond
The product is great for the price but it could have been a bit more shiny or sparkly.
Arrived too late
My anniversary and mother day has gone by. The bracelet looks good, but no one is around to give it to them.
I got what I paid for
It is pretty but the “diamonds” are microscopic.
What are the quality of the diamonds
Having problems locking it
Nice bracelet but does not close!!
Bracelet dies t close nor did it come with any paperwork or information about the product. You’d think there also would be some warranty, if the value is high like the claim - even though it’s only on sale for $99.00.
It’s ok…
I’d say save your money for a better quality one. The “diamonds” look fake and are super cloudy. The pictures are very misleading.
Not what was shown
I received the bracelet expecting clear stones, majority of the stones were milky & disappointing to look at.
Bracelet broke
It’s pretty but kept going inside out had to keep fixing it. Turning it. And now it broke from the left no it’s attached to
Bracelet
I’m sorry but I was very disappointed.
The clasp doesn’t work.
Pretty online…but not in person!
Gray Stones
Update: Customer Service was very helpful with my order.
Do not buy
Do not buy this bracelet is a joke read all the reviews till the end everyone says about the clasp it broke right when I was touching it I couldn’t even get it on. I have contacted Support and they better give me a refund for $100 or $116 I will keep you informed on here, it says they’re a BBB site well we’ll see I want my money back ASAP. Do not buy the diamond bracelet for $99.
From Excited to Sad
It’s a very nice bracelet and nice price, so I got 2! But both bracelets won’t lock and clasp won’t fasten. It doesn’t even slide into the lock and snap! So I can’t give a gift I know is broken. This is sad. I would have to spend more money and time finding a jewelry store that will adjust or fix an outside product they didn’t sell.
It broke 15 days after I received it
I’m bummed 🥹. I’ve love it and wore it 3 times since I received it in 6/15, put it on to go to church and out broke, not sure what to do.
The clasp did not work properly and the diamonds had no sparkle to them at all.
The clasp did not work correctly and that was disappointing but also the diamonds were dull and had no color or sparkle to them at all. The parts of the bracelet that held the diamonds were the only thing reflecting any kind of sparkle at all. I was terribly disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.
NOT GREAT QUALITY NOR AS ADVERTISED
The bracelet was supposed to be white gold, the box stated sterling silver. It came with no paperwork, and the “diamonds” are cloudy AF! Looks like little salt rocks. I hate it!
Malfunctioning
I received my bracelet and for whatever reason it is malfunctioning I’m unable to get the clasp to work. It will not go up inside. It’s not allowing the clasp to be securely in its place to hold the bracelet together. It’s malfunctioning … I have tried every possible position to make it go up inside and click in place. It’s like something is blocking it keeping it from going in. so I am totally unable to wear it.
Jewelry Deceit
I ordered three bracelets as gifts: one as graduation present, another for Mother’s Day and one for myself. After seeing and reading the specs on the bracelets, I was convinced they were the “real deal.” Upon their arrival, however, I was extremely disappointed and dismayed by in the quality of “diamonds.” Over 90% of them were flawed (dirty grey) and quite visible to the naked eye. For a decent show such as Kelly Clarkson’s, I find it surprising they would support a product of such dismal quality!
Totally unhappy
I was so displeased with the bracelet within an hour of its delivery I reached out to customer service to only be told I must be doing something wrong and given instructions how to close the clasp. In a second email I once again mentioned my concern and how I was still displeased and that I did indeed know how to use this very common clasp along with stating I wished for a refund and instructions on how to return it but I was met with hurdles to jump. If the customer isn’t happy, they just aren’t happy. I didn’t have buyers remorse, I found the clasp was too difficult or didn’t function properly and I felt like I was dismissed. I wasted money on something I am unpleased with. Shameful!
Defective product
The clasp is broken and doesn’t fit into the slot to secure the bracelet onto your arm. Trying to get in touch with customer service is very difficult.
Broken/no sparkle very cloudy diamonds
Very disappointed When the bracket arrived the clasp was broken. The diamonds are very cloudy. Poor workmanship. I am requesting a refund
Very Poor Quality
Disappointed, Clasp was broken, no paperwork, it’s labeled as sterling silver w/no mention of white gold, box was damaged & I can get same look w/rhinestones.
Real Diamond
This bracelet is not what I thought it wasI was expecting real diamond with a better quality or clarity
Looks very cheap
I bought the silver and gold ones. They looks like a $25 bracelet. It looks good on TV and photos but not in person. I want a refund.
quality of braclets
the settings are rough & looks cheap. I guess the quality of the diamonds is right, but the clasp & settings are rough & scratch the wrist
Doesn’t look like advertised
This product was 4 days late it looks nothing like advertised I’m embarrassed to give this to my wife as a Mother’s Day gift
Regarding gold 1carat diamond balaclet
The balaclet claps will not close and I want to return it I’m not going to pay for an item that I can not wear.
DO NOT BUY
This bracelet looks great in the photo NOT in person the “diamonds” were very disappointing!
Can’t wear it clasp doesn’t close
Would have been a nice looking bracelet but the clasp won’t close which makes it an expensive worthless piece of jewelry. Bummer
They sent me the wrong item.
Be careful when you buy on this site. I ordered a diamond bracelet and they sent me the wrong item.
2nd Review of this product
Do not spend your money on this. The quality is terrible and will not last.
Very cheap quality
This bracelet is very difficult to open and close!! Making it impossible to wear! I’m very disappointed!
not what was suspected
Order three one of each color, but received two the same. also NO paper work just three boxes in a bag.
Not what I expected
I thought this was real gold, it’s gold over silver.
CHEAP
Very cheap looking and like appeared to be on the Kelly Clarkson show

I emailed several times to get a replacement. no response

Bad Clasp
Clasp will no close
very disappointed with the bracelet. im glad i didnt pay full price for the bracelet. the diamonds look glazed over. the only thing that sparkles is the cut decoration on the bracelet itself. not sure i will buy anything else. bought set of different colored kitchen knives. you got your money and i never received the set of knives. very disappointed with morning save. feel free to contact me by either e mail or phone 614-759-0515 thank you
This product is highly deceiving, very poorly made and of poor quality. I am very disappointed because I have ordered 2 bracelets and they look way different than the picture, very dull, no shine at all, it is embarrassing to give them as gifts.
The clasps on the bracelet does not connect to close together! I’m appalled of my order… I thought I would be able to wear the bracelet this weekend unfortunately due to the clasp I cannot I can’t wear it!! I hope this is not a total waste of my money.
Ms. Diretha Glass
I need your address to send it back, for a replacement Bracelet Please! I’ve threw away the outer Paperwork.
Ordered a silver and gold the silver is beautiful but the gold looks very fake too yellow. I will be returning that one as soon as I find out how to do that
My Bracelet “does not work” and I threw the box away, can you help me ? The “hook won’t go inside”…
The Clasp to lock it was missing very disappointed the arm to the lock and secure it was missing completely so it could fall off some ones arm easy and lose it.
I’m returning. Very cheap looking can’t clasp. I don’t like it at all
Ordered (2) bracelets and the clasp doesn’t work on either one.
can not get latch to connect Can’t wear Bracelet. now what do i do ???
Not as nice as shown on TV. Looks cheap.
Plus can not be returned for a refund.
Pour quality, the clasp barely works.
Doesn’t look like the one as shown. Very poor quality
