I recently gave a not so pleasant review about the muse bracelets. I’d like to say something about the customer service of this company. An agent named Jackie reached out to me as soon as she saw the review, asked me to try and open the clasp (which was the reason for the review). She offered to take responsibility if I damaged the bracelet. I tried several things, the clasp wouldn’t budge, so she immediately refunded the money for the cost of the bracelet. What I’m trying to say is, don’t be afraid, if something goes wrong with a purchase, their excellent customer service team will take care of it promptly.
