Necklace in a knot
The case was twisted & the chain hanging out the case,also the chain is in a knot that I canβt untangle.
Pendant is very pretty
Pendant is pretty. Itβs a little small but its still very cute. The chains clasp arrived broken so I canβt wear it until I get it replaced.
Disappointed
Chain that comes with pendant looks very cheap. Iβm not sure if itβll hold up. Necklace doesnβt come with some kind of certificate to verify the diamonds. I donβt know if these are diamond or cubic zirconia. WONT be making a second purchase

Cheap notted chain
The chain was was twisted at the end in two places unable to take the knots out with out braking it.

Ordered yellow gold and got rose gold. Canβt get a hold of anyone!
This Heart Pendant I order was Tonished youβll replace it. It was also Tonished, lβve learned my lesson not to order jewelry anymore because theyβre sending it out like that. No Customer want to open up something they ordered to be Tonished. This is how you lose customers when your not honest them. I will let my friends know about the jewelry also. Thanks but βNo Thanksβ! The matter wasnβt fix if you sending out the same tonished item. Someone need to check the jewelry before sending it out.
