Customer Service, Second to None!
This company is “Old School”…I gotta tell you that I ordered a $115 Bracelet that never arrived. I got emails confirming delivery. The USPO Tracking had confirmed that it had been delivered. I reached out to MorningSave with my issue and they told me not to worry, they had my back. We gave it a few more days to no avail and they refunded me the full amount, no problem. Here we are a week later after the refund and it finally shows up. I let them know so they could recharge my card. In these days especially, it is refreshing to deal with a company whose tactics are Responsible and Trusting…Thank You MorningSave!

This is a well made bracelet with a sturdy catch. It has a nice size and the polishing of the silver makes it sparkle, this is great because the diamonds are white and cloudy. I didn’t expect the best quality diamonds of course at this price but I was surprised that geynare actually opaque! For $100 it think it fits the Bill for daily water alongside my watch.

Film over diamonds
I received my bracelet yesterday and I noticed a film over the diamonds. I’m not sure if that is the way they ship them or what. But I’ll try and clean them and if the film does not come I will be returning the bracelet.
Disappointed
Diamonds look like plastic. All of them. All plastic. Not even the look of glass with black carbon spots that have a bit of glimmer. Or clear with some white feathering. Or at least a few stones that glimmer. Just all white dull plastic.
Poor quality
I ordered one Gold and One Silver. Not expecting too much for the price, I still thought they looked feminine. When they arrived, the gold one was a full diamond section shorter than the silver. I wrote support and they said to return it. I figured the smaller size would be ok, just not as loose as my others. The first evening I wore it I noticed a stone was missing. I wrote support again and did not receive a reply. Poor quality and poor service. Now I am apprehensive to wear the silver bracelet

Looked much longer on TV and stones appeared larger on TV. Sparkles nice though. Definitely not going to work. Would need 2 just to go around wrist. No return instruction in package. Nicely packed and boxed as a gift.
