Easy to Use
- Place food on cutting board. if using base, place food in chopping chamber and attach lid.
- Use palm of hand to plunge and release handle. Handle pops back up automatically. The more times you push, the finer the consistency.
- Continue chopping until food is at desired consistency. Note: Blade rotates when handle is pushed and released to evenly chop all ingredients.
- Use ingredients right away or store for later use.

Easy to Clean & Reassemble
- Clean:
- Remove base
- Turn clear chopping chamber counterclockwise then remove it
- Remove blade guard, exposing stainless steel blade for cleaning
- Chopper and all parts are top-rack dishwasher safe
- Reassemble:
- Carefully place blade guard over blade
- Position chopping chamber on chopper and rotate clockwise to lock position
- Attach base until next use
