only used 3 times and already broken!
Item is cheaply made. Not user friendly at all, as when your using the handle continually turns and item is also easily turned off when using. You are supposed to line up the arrows with Straight, Curl, or Twist and it is supposed to allow you to do those functions. This does not work. When I place it on curl it will not lift the black plate it only worked a few times and then broke as now it does not lift at all. I am not satisfied with this product at all! I should return but not worth the hassle. I went and bought a $10.00 curling iron and it works wonderfully.
