Warm and cozy
I just received them and havenβt tried them out yet but they are made good and fit perfect,they will not only let you hear your music they will keep my ears toasty warm.
Defective
The portal opening doesnβt fit the cord sent with the product , I then tried to use one of my own cords and it still doesnβt fit ! This product is defective! Extremely disappointing that you would send this. Replacement warranted!

Product needs to have a WARNING - NOTICE packed inside box with the earmuffs to tell customers where to locate the small charging cable before charging them up.

I ordered 1 pair. Very comfortable. Too bad they wouldnβt charge. For the price buy 2 pairs (1 pair should work). Maybe Iβll order 2. They are very comfortable.
Packaging
This is not on the product but the packaging. It is horrible. The boxes that the product were in are crushed. They were placed in a plastic envelope with no padding. These were suppose to be gifts. I canβt give them looking like that.

These were next to impossible to plug in a charging cord
MUFFS MADE FOR A CHILD
Stretched earmuffs apart to the point of tearing the material and wires inside. Muffs would only reach to the top of my ears. Theyβre worthless to me, Iβll give mine to a kid.
Too small for adult head
Very disappointed, they wonβt fit down to my ears correctly
