Price, Instructions for use, hints of deceptions . Paid $41.62 for the AirBuds pitched on the Talk for $29. Add shipping and handling and voila! Same buds are $26 to $10 in local stores including a lumberyard. Instructions are vague and lacking detail. For example, a charging pad was included, but NO instructions for use provided. Search for instructions on-line revealed the product was “distributed” by a company called Gentek. Tracing back further was impossible. But no instructions for Style number 14200 were found. Impressive packaging gave an impression the product was from a popular company. In small print, on one of the enclosed Instruction sheets, it boasted “designed and engineered in the Big Apple.” Then there’s are all the negative reviews on the product. Over 50% negative on various sites. The celebrities pitching the product probable wouldn’t have been so enthusiastic if they read the reviews.
