At Shannon Ridge, we live in harmony with Mother Nature. The vineyards feed the sheep, the sheep feed the vines; lamb feeds the people, people drink the wine and wear wool.

We are dedicated to creating a family of wines that consumers love at top-quality and affordable prices. We are passionate about preserving our land, not only for great vineyard sites, but for the wild creatures which share our property. Our sustainability practices integrate a flock of sheep that clean the vineyards, remove the excess canopy, and reduce the need for chemicals, while providing natural fertilizer.

Old Pearl is a collection of wines crafted in honor of our beloved dogs. While each of the dogs hold a special place in our lives, Pearl has truly become a part of our family. Keeping the sheep safe from predators, our livestock protection dogs have played an integral role in our sustainable farming practices. 2017 Old Pearl Pinot Noir (6 Bottles)

• Strawberry, bright cherry and dried herbs dance around French oak delivering a smooth, lingering finish. Pinot Noir offers a wide variety of paring options, from lamb to game birds, to pasta, pizza and risotto. It will also pair well with the sweet-salty flavor combination found in a multitude of Asian cuisines.

• Enjoy ripe Fuji apple, pear and melon enveloped in juicy vanilla oak. Will pair with mild and sweet shellfish in a rich, creamy sauce or drawn butter, and sweet spices including nutmeg, cinnamon and dried ginger.
