Tiny Directions
The illustration on the box does not conform to what was in the box. Seems a connector is missing. The instructions must be read with a magnifying glass. This priority charging is impossible as it requires me to have a dual charger that would access this charger and my device. Bit of a waste of time so far.

GOOD TO HAVE
Charged one right away to try it out. These will be good to have - especially since there are four - BUT don’t expect to get +12 hours with a smartphone. Do LOVE the color! I chose the pink and it’s fushia. Yea!

Ordered 4 - Only 2 work
I ordered a 4 pack of the Mophie Power Banks. Two of the power banks do not work at all— they do not charge, they do not light up if you press the on/off button, nothing, nada. The two working power banks work perfectly, as expected. I am not sure if they were actually refurbished units, or just a “bad batch,” but I would recommend if you are looking for a power bank to just purchase one locally at a retail store (so you can return the defective device).
Does not work as stated
The information listed on these is misleading. Does not come with anything to connect these as a power station. Not enough power from one of these to charge my Kindle. Directions are written so small have to use magnifying glass to read. Not really any useable instructions. Waste of my money.
DISAPPOINTMENT
I am VERY disappointed & heartbroken because I was so.looking forward to using this item & planned on giving the second one as a birthday gift!!! Neither scenario happened!!!
Nobody has that kind of phone battery thing anymore all them around now
If I had to know what this one was I would not have brought it
