2017 Vigilance Pinot Noir Rosé, California – 1 Bottle
- This Rosé has delicate aromas of strawberries, citrus, and violets. The crisp flavors are of raspberry, strawberry and fresh lemon zest. Best served chilled with good friends and sunny days.
2018 Vigilance Sauvignon Blanc, Red Hills, Lake County – 1 Bottle
- This wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Clone 01 on 101-14 rootstock. The ancient volcanic soil of the Red Hills appellation brings out the lush flavors of this lively wine. The juice has been fermented in stainless steel tanks at 55°F (13°C), long and slow, resulting in a flood of crisp pear and granny smith apple aromas filling the glass, perfectly balancing the notes of citrus and guava on the palate.
2015 Vigilance Cimarron, Lake County – 1 Bottle
- The 2015 Cimarron red blend is powerful and wild in itself. The volcanic soils and dry climate of Lake County are ideal for growing this blend of Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. An added splash of Petite Sirah and Petite Verdot gives a little extra Oomph! It has been fermented at a warm 85°F to bring out the fruit characters of each varietal.
2016 Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon, Red Hills, Lake County – 1 Bottle
- The grapes were harvested around the second week of September. After a 24 hour soak, they were gently crushed and started off the fermentation. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on a combination of French and American oak.
