The delivery was excellent and the packaging was first class. My expectation was the issue. I have always used a contour pillow but a twin size. Which is smaller that a queen or king pillow. With the larger size the depth is more spread out. While the information on the web does depict the dimensions it was my expectations that effected my rating. I did contact customer with service and they were excellent in responding. Made a very good suggestion and didnβt make me feel bad for my questions.
