I am so happy that this was a peaceful process in replacing my broken item. I have not tried them . They are for gifts. So happy because I have a lot more shopping to do with the morning save. 
It makes great coffee
The only negative is that it takes a while to wait to get strong coffee.
Doesn't work
Need a refund. I used this cold brew coffee maker with a setting of 39 minutes and the strength of the coffee was very week. It doesn’t work and require a refund.
GLASS CARAFE WAS BROKEN
DUE TO MISHANDLING OF THE ITEM IT WAS BASICALLY A BOX OF BROKEN GLASS. DUE TO MEDICAL ISSUES DELAYING OPENING BOX I MAY NOT HAVE ANY RECOURSE.
Not user friendly
Once you take the unit apart to clean, it is quite difficult to reassemble to use. I’m still trying.
Doesn't work
I brough 2, neither of them work, the tunnel in the water never occurred. You could hear the motor just running with no affect on the water.
Waste of money
It’s easier just putting ice in my coffee. No mess or waiting time.
