No wonder there were 2 of these in the offer! Bet they can’t GIVE these away! There’s NOTHING “gentle” about this model, even on “Sensitive” setting, and I suspect that’s why Philips offloaded this runt model to MorningSave. Further, I agree with others’ posts re: MorningSave return policy. “Buyers Remorse” & “Change of Mind” doesn’t equal dissatisfaction.
