How to Use
- To prepare, wash and thoroughly dry feet
- Gently open foot masks and insert feet in between mesh layers. Secure straps around ankles
- Leave foot masks on for 30 minutes. If desired, regular socks may be placed over foot masks
- Carefully remove foot masks and wash feet until residue is thoroughly rinsed off
- For best results, soak feet in warm water for 20 minutes the following 6 days
