Disappointed
Having constant neck pain I was eager to receive my neck massager.I found that the massage was not very powerful and in a small area. It also didnβt get very hot even on the highest setting. I feel like I wasted my money!
Not very useful
I thought it would be portable. Instead, it must be plugged in to work. I canβt walk around the house using this. Also it is poorly designed to stay in position around my neck.
Huge Disappointment
The massager was nothing like what was described. It was a flat, flimsy band with no beads at all in it. A small device in the middle that just vibrates with no power. Gives zero massage. Iβm sorry I wasted the money.
Not worth the hype!
This Neck Wrap is flimsy, has very little massage vibration for 3-settings, and barely feels like it is even on! Worst off, the material feels rough & scratchy around my neck, and shifts around sideways while using. Such a WASTE OF MONEY!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I donβt know if it is defective OR simply has low power output, but will be returned.
