Sharpens dull blades
I was able to sharpen a 10 year old blade in less than 10 minutes. Very simple instruction - 3 ways to sharpen - coarse/fine/polish. As simple as how much force + direction you hold the blade. As a professional chef whoβs sharpened blades on stones, diamond steels, stationary sharpening stations, and had professional sharpeners with grinding wheels - this sharpener is the easiest to use for beginners, quicker than any other sharpening method Iβve used, and a very nice looking counter piece. I can say iβve gotten blades sharper with other methods, but Iβve only spent ~5 minutes using the item so far - Iβm sure with experience, itβll become the only sharpener I use.
