Looks like the manufacturer is working out a few bugs with the produce but MorningSave stands by their merchandise. The responsiveness, ownership, problem solving and resolution. I would hire or grab a drink with this crew in a heartbeat.
Product was junk, but customer service went above and beyond to make it right
Although after receiving a less than impressive product (a day cam that didnβt work from the get go) the customer service was very quick about giving me a refund with no questions asked or any need to send the broken product back. Refund was approved within 2 hours of me contacting them. And the way everything was handled restored my faith in the morning save website.
Three Days Early
This product came 3 days earlier than the originated date for delivery. Itβs convenient for what itβs equipped to do and satisfying for what I need to do. Love

This product is amazing. The price is amazing. Customer service is amazing. But I took off two stars because the battery in the dash cam doesnβt hold a charge. Hopefully yours does. It DOES work if you leave it plugged in. The picture is amazing and you can turn the sound off and on. I also like that it records when it detects motion.

Do Not Buy This Product
This camera is Walmart brand and isnβt good at all! The suction cups donβt even stay on the windows it is also is extremely glitchy and the buttons are just there for show they do nothing at all!!

I tried to set up the camera and the USB cord and car charger does not fit in the device.
