Good customer service
I purchased 3 soap dispensers. Two worked great. We really like the no touch dispensing. However, 1 dispenser did not work. I contacted customer service explaining the problem. They immediately set up a no charge replacement which we have received and it works fine.

I received my Soap/sanitizer yesterday. Used it in my bathroom, it was very handy. I love it.
However, I tried to get my $5.00 refund for the order of Kathy Ireland sheets (sets with 2 cases instead of 4) I put code: Pillowcases in, it said. Not Found. When can we get a refund for this???
This is great
I just received my Sensor hand soap dispenser (or liquid sanitizer).
Put the batteries in, filled with soap & Viola… the soap came out.
It works!!!
The sensor is very sensitive, just having my hand near the dispenser the soap comes out.
I think I’m going to like this a lot
Helping Hands
My child is sick & can only use one hand. This makes things so much easier for him. It also is nice looking. I have ordered more than one.

Only draw back is that if you use dish soap, it won’t come out properly as too thick.

The soap is not dispensing a whole lot have to keep asking for more soap wearing out the batteries.

It’s nice to have a touchless soap dispenser but this gadget makes way too much noise and is very sensitive. Wouldn’t recommend.
Damaged package
I received my order Sat. It had been in Nevada since the 23 October! The box was broken- whole corner smashed now it won’t work!
Stopped working
This product no longer works. I’m very disappointed. I purchased 2 more for Xmas gifts. How do I return my prior purchase… i hope you could help me. It worked for about 2 weeks, I checked batteries. I love it if it worked. It was permit in my bathroom.

Little to No Soap comes out of Dispenser!
It’s Noisy as it Struggles to Release a Drop of Soap. I’ve tried diluting the dishwashing soap to No Avail… 
I must’ve received a damaged pump!
Please Advise on how to return or Send me a Replacement.
Not worth it
Took more than a month to receive and when we finally did, it will not pump even water. Customer service is not any help. Avoid.
Don’t buy
I bought two and within 3-6 washings do not produce any soap any more
Waste of my hard earned money. This is a horrible product the soap does not dispense… I want my money back…I would give it a zero star if one was not the lowest…My excitement turned to disappointment.

They both have stop dispensing soap before the first fill of the soap all used. What is wrong with this product?
You can not control how much soap dispences. It uses way too much soap.
