Simple instructions but no detail of what to expect during use
I followed the instructions and used the product. The intensity felt like it increased during the cycle without changing any settings. Used it a second time and went through a whole cycle satisfactorily
Hurtful pressure
Update to my previous review: My 4star rating is due to the excellent customer service experience. I have since been refunded for the SpaPro foot massager. They got back to me immediately and settled my complaint very quickly. Truly great support experience.

The heat effect was defective and did not work at all. Then the kneading pressure even on level one was terribly painful in squeezing the toes.

If my feet were any bigger I couldn’t fit them in it ((woman size 10) and on lower setting it was a little pain full. Wish I had bought it at a store so I could take it back

No heat
It does not heat very well
Squeezes the feel soooo hard, my toes hurt and I received and was charged for TWO.
Item has a very hard massager but customer service is 5 STARS!!!

Do NOT buy this product
First of all, it hurt my feet when the compression started. It actually pinched my toes! I don’t think this product is even safe. The massaging portion is so light, even on the highest level. The modes didn’t really seem to change or the level.
Really hurts my feet especially my toes it squesses them hard
I want to return for a full refund
