Won’t Charge
I just opened my brand new Shark Vertex Pro, plugged it in as per the instructions, waited 3.5 hours, but it will not charge. The LED lights do not go on as the instruction manual said. I have tried a variety of outlets, and only used the plug that came in the box. I have contacted Morningsave Customer Support and we will see how that goes. I LOVE my daughter’s Shark Cordless, so I am very disappointed.

Barely picks up and crumbs or debris. The adjustments are complicated. Too too heavy so you can’t leave upright. Awful product. Buying a dyson
