Refurbished? I purchased this, it didn’t mention refurbished. Hope it holds up. Also, I had a challenge in setting it up, because I did know the previous doorbell was battery…lastly, getting it to connect yo the internet took patience.

Doorbell was not listed as refurbished. I kept anyway after pointing it out to them had to send proof. When I got someone to install, it would not work. We called ring technical support and they couldn’t get it to work either.

This Item is NOT covered by a Ring Warranty
First off; it took 12 days for this item to arrive. After spending 3 days with Ring support, trying to get it to work(and $40 for a new transformer to hard-wire it into our existing doorbell), we discovered that it is a refurbished item. This was not disclosed at any time during my purchase. Bottom line: it does not wrk; it does not hold a charge or a connection to our wifi.
I feel misled, and I will be returning this item; very disappointed with the whole experience.
