Doesn’t have a plug to plug into wall. Don’t have the USB that plugs in wall plug
It would really be nice if they would of sensed the other parts it was nothing inside the box

Not strong enough
It doesn’t have enough power to really clean. And the water doesn’t last long
Nice size unit. Not as much power as I would have expected. Good for in between brushes.
Don't waste your money
The water flosser did not have enough force to do it’s job, clean between teeth. I still had to use dental floss.

If you’re not careful when you turn the water on and go shooting up in the air, the pic won’t stay on too complicated

It leaked and just wasn’t good.
Waste of money
Not powerful enough.
First, after filling the water tank with water, it is extremely difficult to get the water tube lined up and connected back inside the water tank. When one turns it on, water squirts out all over ones face, etc. Second, afterward it is extremely difficult to remove the water tank from the unit. I need to let it dry overnight.
